Senior Legal Recruiter (Onsite)
Impact:
As our Senior Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition department, you will have the opportunity to help us grow our Law Firm by recruiting Legal and Support staff.
Daily Tasks:
- Conduct and attend initial requisition and status report meetings with Hiring Managers.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking events, and recruiting agencies.
- Create and manage posts on job boards.
- Screen potential candidates and schedule interviews.
- Attend in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct interview follow-ups with candidates.
- Negotiate salaries and compensation packages and create and present offer letters.
Your Skills:
- At least 3 years of full-cycle legal recruiting experience (preferably recruiting Attorneys and Paralegals).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with Office 365 software.
