Essential Duties and Responsibilities As A Management Trainee:
- Enthusiastically educate customers about our program, services, and products to ensure they are fully informed
- Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Maintaining necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing account enrollments
- Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using information available
- Follow the enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times
- Work collaboratively with fellow Management Trainees to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve client goals
Qualifications we look for in a Management Trainee:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, management, leadership, or community outreach position
- Passionate about identifying solutions to better the customer experience
- Strong, active listening and presentation abilities
- Driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
