Information Technology Technician
Job Description
Perform minor system hardware, communication connection repairs, and basic diagnostic testing. Help manage network user accounts (create, modify, delete), help computer users utilize information systems to improve efficiency
Essential Job Functions
- Performing routine software and system updates
- Updating operating systems
- Answering technical queries
- Troubleshooting any possible tech problems
- Monitor, maintain, and support servers and other hardware
- Document, repair, replace, and maintain hardware
- Act as first level support for desktop issues requiring hands on assistance
- Execute work request according to manager or client request
- Effectively monitor for, troubleshoot, report, document and resolve any production related issues to maintain high system availability across system and application changes
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results a needed.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Knowledge of network facilities and data processing techniques; of personal computer hardware and software; of network operating system and security software; and of performance monitoring and capacity management tools. Ability to recognize, analyze and resolve network and computer systems problems.

Windows server 2016
Comprehensive knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting.
