Who we’re looking for
ParentSquare’s main office is located in Goleta (above Gold’s Gym) and is in need of office administrative support! From sorting mail to depositing checks to providing administrative support to the ParentSquare leadership team; we are looking for someone on a part- time basis (approx 8-10 hours per week) to come into the office ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This role will include:
- Receiving, sorting and distributing (uploading/scanning) incoming mail and packages
- Depositing checks
- Organizing the office spaces, including marketing collateral and swag
- Assisting with planning social events for the team
- Providing administrative support as needed/requested

The salary range for this role will be$18-$25/hour, DOE.
