Handle basic transactions such as ticket purchases, entry fees, or similar transactions and ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing these transactions.
Facilitate the exchange of cash for chips and vice versa.
Process credit transactions for patrons within designated guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee marker and IOU transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies.
Manage cash bank operations, including withdrawals and deposits as needed.
Redeem chips, tokens, TITO tickets, and Race and Sports tickets accurately.
Secure and document all transactions made with company assets.
Complete electronic and manual transaction logs accurately.
Balance bank transactions at the end of each shift.
Ensure all records are up-to-date and reconcile any discrepancies.
Provide patrons with general information and assistance as requested.
Demonstrate professionalism and helpfulness in all interactions.
Issue or surrender safety deposit boxes according to established procedures and maintain records and ensure the security of safety deposit box transactions.
Familiarize with the MGM Rewards program and its benefits.
Communicate relevant information to patrons in a clear and professional manner.
