Duties
*
Create Screenprint separations, taking into account the deadlines.
- Create spec sheets, notifying the Production Department of garment, ink and sequence, placement, etc.
- Upload and link spec sheets onto the ERP.
- Spend time on production floor to learn the process of printing.
- Partner with Production to address art-related issues as needed, and increase efficiency of production.
- Communicate daily with other artists in other facilities across the US and Central America.
- Work with the Senior Manager of Art and Development in the US on setting and achieving goals.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Production Artist or similar role, 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in advanced computer software including the Adobe CC Suite. (primarily Illustrator & Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple projects at a time and set priorities to hit deliverables on time.
- Embrace change with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design or experience in print/print-related field preferred.
