Position Overview:
The Nursing Home Administrator serves as the chief executive officer overseeing all aspects of facility operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents. This position requires strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills to drive organizational success and uphold regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the overall success and viability of the facility.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, financial management, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and professional development.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans and programs that meet individual needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics, quality indicators, and resident satisfaction to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the facility and regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and other external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues to inform decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional codes of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field required; Nursing Home Administrator license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, reimbursement systems, and quality improvement processes related to long-term care.
- Proven leadership abilities, including strategic planning, team building, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity for residents, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
