Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Assist with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the COO
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Assist in project coordination, including tracking progress and deadlines
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide general clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, proofreading, typing, and transcribing
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
