About the role: The Accounts Receivable Analyst will work closely with the Accounting team in our corporate office in Dania Beach, FL reporting directly to the Controller. This individual will be responsible for special assessments,Yardi and Clickpay.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Research and resolve accountants troubleshooting requests within KPI

Responsible for Unit Owner Payments research and research Cognito tickets
-
Upload and post non perferred bank lockboxes
-
Backup to offshore team lockbox exceptions
-
Make sure late fees are properly posted and post interest charges to owners
-
Special Assessment:Calculations, set up in Yardi, SA activity report, any other associated reports, SA transfers
-
Update unbilled Special Assestments schedules
-
Verify all applicable reserve transfers/checks are made monthly and quarterly
-
Set up approved budgets charges in Yardi, update reserve transfer spreadsheet,coupon order
-
Clickpay communications and troubleshooting
-
Any other assignments by Supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience is required

Yardi software is preferred
-
Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Suite

Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment

Team player and able to communicate at all levels of the organization

Attention to detail

Bachelors Degree in accounting preferred
