Singular Builders is seeking a talented Marketing Associate with experience as a Graphic Designer/Communication Specialist to join our team part-time. The Marketing Associate position involves creating visually engaging content for use on the website, social media, email blasts, and proposals. This role is expected to expand into full-time employment. Hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually engaging proposals and interview presentations in response to RFP’s and RFQ’s. Work includes collaborating with our team and marketing consultant.
- Website: Update content of website as new projects start and complete construction.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and cultivate our social media presence across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Develop creative strategies to drive engagement and grow our followers.
- Email: Implement effective email marketing campaigns to reach our past and future clients.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for social media posts, marketing materials, and other communications to effectively convey our vision and provide announcements on project milestones.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content in various formats including photos and videos of work at job sites. Edit media to optimize for print and web.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of design software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and similar tools to create high-quality visuals.
- Strong skills to effectively produce visual materials that meet the requirements of proposals.
- Strong skills in collaboration to work with other team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Time and project management skills to effectively establish priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communications to interact effectively with a variety of clients, consultants, and staff.
- Experience with “storytelling” through photographs, videos, and writing.
- Knowledge of the construction industry a plus.
