At Paddy O’ Furniture we guide people to their patio bliss. We do sell outdoor furniture, but what we really do is help our clients create special moments that become treasured memories. Patio bliss means something different to everyone, so while we sell outdoor furniture, we are really in the relationship business. Our most successful Exterior Design Guides have a natural curiosity and a genuine desire to get to know our clients and provide them with value, whether they buy from us or not.
Store Manager In Training
The successful Store Manager in Training candidate, (or Bench Manager), will participate in our standard four week new hire training, followed by two to three weeks of Store Manager specific training. After successfully completing the training program, Bench Managers will continue their development by working alongside our Store Managers, filling in for Store Managers who are off due to illness or pre-planned PTO. Ideally, when we have a Store Manager vacancy, the Bench Manager would be placed in that store as a permanent replacement.
