Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and transcribing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Proficiency in using software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
