THE RANCH Restaurant is looking for servers that enjoy working in an upscale, fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is an experienced server with excellent customer service skills, who is friendly, hardworking, honest, passionate and team oriented!
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality, provide timely, accurate, detail oriented and friendly service.
- Anticipate guest's needs and respond with a sense of urgency
- Work with service team to provide an overall exceptional dining experience through attentive service and rapport with our guests
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks, including seasonal changes and specialty menus
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Work with Hosts, Servers and Mgt. to move and set tables as needed. Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere
Requirements:
- At least 21+ years of age
- 2 years minimum experience in fine dining hospitality
- Availability to consistently work nights, including weekends/holidays
- Wine, Spirit and Cocktail knowledge required
- Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software
- Will need a valid CA Food Handler's Card and ABC Server Permit
