Polsinelli PC is seeking a hybrid role for “Receptionist, Legal Assistant and Records” in our Washington DC office, this is an in-office position.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet arriving visitors and assign visitor badges, if applicable
- Answer inbound telephone calls, take messages and transfer calls
- Schedule and reserve conference rooms/monitor visitor offices
- Order catering for practice group lunch meetings
- Work with office services and couriers to receive and forward deliveries
- Provide front desk coverage for special events
- Serve as a back-up to hospitality services, as needed
- Customer service – providing assistance and direction
- Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including the expertise of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- File Maintenance – Retrieving, delivery, refiling and maintenance of client files
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for various administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide assistance to other Legal Administrative Assistants and administrative departments upon request, as time permits
- Other duties as assigned

- Must dress in a professional manner and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Must speak clearly and have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work in a multi-tasked environment.
- All matters relating to client names, client matters, firm operations, or finances are completely confidential.
College degree, preferred.
