Title: Information Technology Security Analyst
Location: Greenwich, CT
SUMMARY
The Security Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day security assurance of all internal and external endpoints, working alongside the Security Officer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Ensure the day-to-day security of all internal and external endpoints for the company’s infrastructure, including:
- Monitor all endpoints via WIN endpoint protection solution to ensure no threats are present
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks
- Mitigate any suspicious, quarantined, or active intrusion activity / infection
- Work with WIN MDR provider to coordinate, escalate, open, and respond to generated tickets
- Monitor MDR activity, including SIEM event logs, for any questionable activity
- Monitor WIN internal and external attack surface
- Report any suspicious activity / possible threats to Security Officer
- Analyzes results of audits, daily logs, and incident reports to assess security vulnerabilities
- Perform regular vulnerability scans and regular penetration tests
- Provide scheduled executive summary and detailed reports from MDR SOC team, scans, and tests
- Performs quarterly privileged access and identity management reviews
- Assists with WIN’s Managed Security Awareness program to ensure staff is prepared for potential security issues, crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence, and other emergency events.
- Assist in coordination of remediation and reporting of any of PHI disclosures
- Assist in client security audits and annual HITRUST assessments
- Coordinate or assist with investigations and critical event responses in coordination with WIN’s Security Response team, law enforcement, and other officials.
- Keep WIN employees informed of any critical threats
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the field of computer science or other related field
- Cybersecurity certification a plus
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
