Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Job Duties:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Respond to text messages from patients and clients
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers with excellent service
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center databases in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with Google Suite, ability to quickly learn and properly use several systems for documentation and communication
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Must have a data speed of at least 35 MBPS
- Must have the ability to directly connect to the internet through an ethernet cable
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
