Summary:
With an anticipated opening of July 2024, the Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach will be Wilmington’s newest hotel, located adjacent to the coveted 400-acre Mayfaire Town Center. Tru by Hilton is a fun, vibrant new hotel brand grounded in value and offering all the essentials for today’s travelers.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager in directing all front desk and breakfast operational activities, and assisting the General Manager and department heads in delivering a positive experience for the guests.
The Ideal Candidate:

Can work in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding work environment.

Has at least 2 years of progressive hospitality experience.

Can work holidays and weekends.

Previous management experience required.

Prior Hilton is a plus.
As an Operations Manager you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals. You’ll assist the General Manager in hiring, onboarding, and creating an engaging culture by supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our Parks Pillars. You will facilitate a successful operation where team members are engaged and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
