We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Receptionist/Office Clerk will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, faxing, filing, data entry, and providing clerical support as needed. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have experience with data entry.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with projects as directed
- Provide clerical support as needed
- Maintain tracking of office supplies and order as needed
- Prepare letters and other correspondence as directed
- Perform data entry tasks using Excel and other software programs
- File and maintain records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a receptionist or office clerk
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
