We are a full service and fully licensed and insured growing pool company in Central Florida. Our main goal is to provide an honest and reliable pool service. The Pool Mechanic specializes in weekly pool service, pool renovations and repairs/diagnosis.
```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficient in office operations, including interaction with customers. responding to information requests and answering phones
- Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping and filing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Starting pay will be based off of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
