Team Member Needed:

We are in need of a responsible person to join our Project Management/Sales team at a growing ATL office furniture dealership. We work in a fast paced, busy environment and daily tasks are ever changing. As a member of our team, you will be expected to perform a variety of administrative, organizational & customer service tasks. The main duties of our team assistant include providing support and assisting in daily sales & project needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create Power Point presentations with product pictures, pricing & descriptions to present to clients
- Provide general support to clients via email & phone
- Develop and maintain a filing system for sales projects and customer accounts
- Data Entry; purchase orders, estimates and invoices (training provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a strong plus but can be easily taught
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
