Our law firm is looking self-motivated, organized, and people-friendly Case Managers to join our team. Sneed|Mitchell LLP is a fast growing personal injury law firm passionate about helping injured people across Texas. We pride ourselves in making a difference in our clients’ lives and are looking for multi-talented full-time Case Managers who also like fighting and championing for victim rights.
Two Prior Personal Injury Experience is required, whether as a Case Manager or Paralegal handling bodily injury claims.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in telephone communication manners
- At least two years of experience in Personal Injury Case Management
- Advanced communication skills for effective interactions with clients, team members, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and pay close attention to details
- Highly competitive and driven to surpass both personal and professional objectives
- Effective team collaboration skills in a dynamic and growing environment
- Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and organizing evidence and reports, as well as managing case files
- Experienced in enhancing the value of a case
- Proficient in reviewing and interpreting medical records
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service capabilities
- Approachable with a positive demeanor and strong team spirit
- Dependable, punctual, and maintains a professional appearance
- Does not have to be fluent in Spanish for effective communication
- No requirement for travel
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entirety of a personal injury case post-incident, ensuring clients receive optimal care and representation
- Work closely with clients to identify their needs and coordinate comprehensive care and support
- Oversee the payment of all related medical bills and additional expenses from the injury
- Track critical case elements including court dates, settlement offers, and final judgments
- Handle all case-related tasks including client communications, court filings, liaising with insurance adjusters and legal counsel, and coordinating client medical care
- Facilitate settlement discussions to achieve an agreeable resolution for all involved parties
- Maintain regular client updates regarding case progress and field any related inquiries
- Collaborate with legal teams to gather necessary evidence and prepare for court proceedings
- Ensure the accuracy of case files and update information as required
- Monitor insurance claim processes and manage related legal documentation
- Aid clients in securing medical care for accident-related injuries
- Deliver comprehensive case management services to accident victims
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- Oversee ongoing client treatment and maintain communication with medical providers and insurance adjusters
- Initiate claims and inform adjusters about current treatment statuses
- Negotiate medical bills to achieve favorable terms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
