24/7 Emergency Plumbing company is looking for a Full Time Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep.
PRIOR DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Plumbing background, and prior use of Service Titan software is a plus, however we will train the right person. We are a service company, and the right candidate will be working in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for someone who is a take charge person, extremely reliable, and has strong communication skills. This is a full-time position. We need someone with availability to work all shifts, days/nights/weekends.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage incoming service requests and prioritize based on urgency and availability of resources.
- Utilize logistics and transportation management skills to optimize routing and scheduling of service calls.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the dispatching system to ensure efficient workflow.
- Utilize phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
