Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Prepare ingredients such as dough, sauce, and toppings
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
