Steel Erection Superintendent – Wanted to Drive Excellence
The Erection Superintendent we need is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment in a challenging industry. If you are looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge and problem-solving skills to drive others to achieve results, then we want to talk to you!
High Plains is looking for a superintendent to help us run one of our steel erection crews like a well-oiled machine. We want a leader who can motivate others, overcome challenges, and maintain a high attention to detail. The person we are looking for should be self-motivated and schedule driven, someone who takes initiative to get stuff done.
High Plains is an AISC and SEAA award-winning steel erection and fabrication company known for our safety, training, and quality programs. As our superintendent, you will need precision and passion to ensure our safety quality and production goals are being met. Not only that, but you will also need leadership skills to ensure others care about what we do and why we do it.
If you think you can hack it, we want to hear from you! We need someone who can ramp up production without sacrificing quality and safety and motivate others to do their best work.

· Hourly Compensation: $32.00-$38.00

· Location: Northern Colorado
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of Steel Erection Foreman experience
· Current NCCER JIW Certification (Or the ability to pass a Journeyman Ironworker Exam)
· Journeyman-level knowledge of the ironworking trade, erecting steel, rigging, and welding.
· Must be able to work at great heights
· Valid Driver’s License and be approved to drive under the company’s fleet management program.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
