Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Customer service and office experience (Must be able to provide proof of experience) Microsoft office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.) Basic knowledge of office equipment (Telephone, fax machine, copier and printer) Social media experience (Creating and posting social media posts for company) Strong communication skills (Written and verbal) Must be detailed oriented and have strong grammar skills Must be able to create formal letters and emails Strong organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills Be able to work independently as well as a team, and be able to perform tasks under pressure Be able to prioritize work Professional appearance and attitude Background in real estate is preferred for this position Preferably real estate title experience (A plus) Minimum high school or GED diploma
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients when they arrive.
- Answering all incoming calls; office and clerical duties including sending and responding to emails; researching, managing social media accounts; opening new files; receiving and uploading documentation into the system; following up and documenting the status of all orders and files; ordering payoffs, estoppels, lien searches; coordinating and scheduling real estate closing with the clients; performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
