**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a self-motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and selling various insurance products to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
**Duties:**
- Market and negotiate insurance policies to meet clients' needs
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable coverage options
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Handle benefits administration for clients, including claims and policy renewals
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients and generate leads
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze complex information and recommend appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and customer service principles
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse client base
