We are a dynamic family of companies seeking a skilled Part-Time PPC Ads Manager (Paid Search Specialist) to oversee our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Youtube, Facebook & Instagram with the primary goal of driving traffic to our family of companies’ websites and generating online sales.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue while adhering to budget constraints. This position will require strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search marketing.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the tourism industry
- Proficiency with Google Ads and/or Bing Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple companies and campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Advertising Editor.
- Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
Schedule and Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 20 per week or as needed with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
