Mike Calvert Toyota is looking for an experienced Service Drive Manager that understands the importance of working the service drive efficiently and has a proven track record of leadership. You would be working with the Service Advisers, Tech, Fixed Ops Director and most importantly our customers. Job Responsibilities:
- Train and monitor Service Advisers on MPI, hours per RO, RIM Process
- Monitor service drive flow
- Communicate with Service Advisers and Techs on status of jobs
- Dispatch work to proper techs
- Assist shop with diagnostic and shop operations
- Ensure MPI is done on every vehicle
- Ensure customer is updated
- Maintaining CSI above national average
- Providing world class customer service to our customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience managing a service drive
- Two years automotive experience
- One year minimum management experience
- Ability to motivate and lead team
Salary commensurate with experience, commission and bonus based
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
