**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software troubleshooting, technical support, and desktop support. **Duties:** - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical problems efficiently. - Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. - Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices. - Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken. - Collaborate with the IT team on projects and initiatives. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role. - Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, LAN technologies, and Help Desk software. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. - Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions to users.
