Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Oversee food production, service, and kitchen operations
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff
- Lead banquet events and coordinate with the catering team
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team for efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in customer service, bartending, food service, and kitchen operations
- Excellent interviewing and hiring skills
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and manage staff effectively
- Proficient in inventory control practices within a hotel setting
