As a bartender or server your are responsible for creating the perfect guest experience for ALL of our guest! We take pride in guest relationships and going above and beyond for every single guest. Key Responsibilities:
- Speed and Efficiency: Bartenders must be able to work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours when the bar is busy with customers watching games or events. This includes quickly taking orders, making drinks, and serving customers in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Sports and Events: A good understanding of popular sports and events is essential for engaging with customers and creating a lively atmosphere. Bartenders should be familiar with sports schedules, teams, and relevant trivia to facilitate conversations with patrons.
- Multitasking Abilities: In a high-volume sports bar, bartenders often need to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing drinks, and handling cash transactions. Strong multitasking skills are essential to keep up with the demands of the job.
- Stamina and Endurance: Working in a high-volume sports bar can be physically demanding, especially during long shifts or busy game nights. Bartenders need to have the stamina and endurance to remain on their feet for extended periods and maintain their energy levels throughout their shift.

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 year of bartending and serving experience
- Ability to create craft and classic cocktails.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
