Duties
Reports to the Auxiliary Gift Shop Manager, providing optimal customer service to all staff, patients and visitors; demonstrates efficient use of cash register, processing credit card transactions and reconciles daily receipts; utilizes helpful sales techniques that exceed customer expectations and monitors and maintains inventory and shop displays; supports the goals and mission of the Auxiliary at New Britain General.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
HS Diploma/GED. 1-3 years of customer service experience required. Previous retail/cashiering experience very highly preferred.
