**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
**Duties:**
-Answer mutli line telephone with polite tone of voice and process call accordingly
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Transcribe notes and correspondence accurately
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative supoort to staff members
**Requirements:**
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
- Proven experience in customer support or receptionist role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of law office procedures or experience as a receptionist in a law firm
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including file management and data entry
- Ability to use software such as microsoft office
