Gearfire Capital provides financing to help our customers increase sales volume. The position will provide excellent customer service to firearms retailers across the country. Attendance and attitude are key. We’re looking for dependable, positive thinking team players with customer service or call center experience. Knowledge of financing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong retailer client relationships
- Train retailers on our products and services
- Demonstrate techniques to boost sales volume and drive web traffic
- Troubleshoot problems and answer retailer client questions with professionalism
- Manage daily activities to maintain a high productivity level
- Document daily activities in CRM
- Maintain ongoing communication with management and sales staff
Required Skills and Experience
