Position Summary
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding customer orders.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following)
- Provide support, in line with Redi Carpet standards, via telephone calls and emails to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are entered and fulfilled
- Enter work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Allocate inventory/materials to orders.
- Works closely with operations staff and account and managers to resolve issues that could impact the customer order.
- Performs necessary follow-up to ensure issues are resolved and customer expectations are met
- Assists with processing credit card payments.
- Assists with various tasks as requested by supervisors.
- Learns and lives the Redi Carpet Core values – We are Nice, We are Customer Obsessive, We are Self-Disciplined – to name a few!
- Develops expertise in applicable Redi Carpet systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Important goals and deadlines
- Answers calls within Redi Carpet standards
- Enters orders and respond to requests within 1 hour
- Achieves or exceeds Redi Carpet quality standards
Qualifications
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Typing skills and basic computer knowledge is required.
- Detail orientation.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to receives and act upon feedback to continually improve performance.
