- Performs Daily Primary Functions in Assigned Department (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control).
- Uses computers and RF scan guns to process daily transactions.
- Identifies all non-conforming material and processes them following AMI’s NCR procedures.
- Accounts for and completes all necessary documentation.
- Completes all data entry efficiently with attention to detail.
- Ensures all raw materials and finished goods are identified, labeled, stocked and warehoused as per AMI procedures.
- Follows all FIFO procedures.
- Identifies all non-conforming material and processes them following AMI’s NCR procedures.
- Continually monitors inventory and administers cycle counts as needed.
- Ensures all work areas are always safe & clean.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a fast-moving warehouse in a manufacturing environment. Shipping, Receiving, or Inventory Control experience is a plus.
- BOM knowledge highly desired.
- Must be able to safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts, order-pickers and various material handling devices.
- Strong basic computer skills, to include but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Data Warehousing, etc. (Knowledge of Macola or other ERP/MRP systems is a plus.)
