We are seeking a seasonal Asst. Manager to work at our Lewis and Clark Caverns retail location.
Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
- Model, train, and ensure exquisite customer service and salesmanship
- Assist the rest of your team to meet and exceed sales and margin goals
- Creatively develop sales
- Merchandise and use effective displays for sales floor and store windows with the direction of a manager
- Regularly refresh store layout with the direction of the location manager
- Assist kitchen staff in preparation and service
- Assists in training and coaching staff formally and informally using our company training principles
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Identify and fix technical errors
- Identify and correct any problem that interferes with an associate’s ability to efficiently do their job and/ or provide customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and helpful feedback and communication to all managers, associates, support staff, etc.
- Work collaboratively with other managers to accomplish company objectives
Qualifications:
- Be a dynamic leader and coach
- Experience in both Retail and Food & Beverage are required
- Gold Standard model of company customer service with sales and Handbook values
- Have great communication skills
