As a Transportation Specialist, you will be providing transportation services for our clients, offering a comfortable and safe experience. From confirming approximate time of pick-up to the scheduled transport, it is important that you will be engaging with our clients upon arrival by either contacting by phone or meeting them at their door of their home. Complete all documentation in the electronic health record on the same day of service and no more than within 24 hours of service completion.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of psychiatric conditions.
- Knowledge of the principles of cultural competency and adherence to its philosophy.
- Knowledge of Lifewell’s Code of Ethics statement and adherence to its concepts.
- Knowledge of behavioral health services delivery systems policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of state behavioral health individual and agency licensure regulations and requirements.
- Knowledge of state and local behavioral health resources.
- Ability to work effectively with others and to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and other professional standards of conduct.
- Ability to work under pressure and address events/crises which may develop unexpectedly.
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and methods.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of the clinical and transportation team.
- Ability to communicate with clients, co-workers, and other community stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to generate clearly written documents in appropriate format.
- Knowledge of and skill in using computer software appropriate to the setting and various office equipment.
- Ability to properly drive and maintain vehicles, including large passenger vans.
- A High School Diploma/GED and one year of work experience
- Some assignments require an Arizona DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle
- Ability to physically assist passengers to board and exit vehicles.
- Record (MVR)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Background Check
- Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Possession of, or the ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.15 per hour
