PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S):
- Manages the daily operations of New Horizons Centers Day and Residential Services, which includes leadership, operational, programmatic, financial and budget activities.
- Creates and promotes a work environment which encourages recognition, communication, professional development and teamwork while demonstrating a commitment to Agency Values, Mission and Goals.
- Develop, determine and implement necessary program and services modifications to allow continued compliance with state and federal mandates while ensuring delivery of quality services to persons served.
- Provides regular direction, and supervision to Residential Coordinators, DTA/GSE/HAI Director, and Direct Support Professionals who are responsible for effective and efficient daily program operations.
- Ensures that assigned departments/programs adhere to agency goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Ensures adherence to Agency policies and procedures and participates in development and/or revision of such policies and procedures.
- Advocates for individuals served.
- Promotes and mentors the professional development of staff and ensures compliance with regulatory and Agency training requirements, to include in-house service training, staff meetings and other activities.
- Promotes effective and efficient organization communication with leadership and direct reports..
- Promotes positive public relations with other public and private organizations, funders, regulators, families and the general public.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required;
- Prior experience providing support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities is required;
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience with the proven ability to effectively manage systems, processes, and people;
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience;
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with developmental disabilities, strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,105.14 - $90,632.00 per year
