Wild Mike’s Ultimate Pizza is looking for an experienced Bakery Production Supervisor to join the Team! We are the 19th largest independent frozen food manufacturer in the US located in Clackamas, OR, and we are experiencing exponential growth!

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing all daily bakery production operations, continuously improving service to internal and external customers, maintaining the production floor and supervising associates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assess, coordinate, and monitor production workload, assign, prioritize, delegate, and guide team through daily work activities
- Use D365 computer program to document production activities in regard to usage and movements of materials
- Operate production equipment as needed, troubleshoot production issues, and facilitate equipment operator training
- Responsible for initial interviews for open positions
- Issue new hire and annual employee evaluations
- Monitor employee performance for compliance with the company’s policies, including but not limited to attendance, work performance, productivity, and safety, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain and enforce quality and food safety standards, including workplace safety, PPE, and accident/incident prevention
- Responsible for department documentation, including notifications for production, quality, safety, and maintenance needs
What we are looking for:
- 2 or 4 year college degree
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- HACCP and SQF or relevant certification in food safety guidelines
- Continuous improvement skills and mentality
- Great attendance record
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective coordination and communication skills with all departments
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer skills
- Safety oriented individual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
