Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Utilize transportation management systems to coordinate logistics efficiently
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipping and receiving
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
- Utilize GIS software for location-based services
- Assist with fleet management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management is a plus
- Knowledge of transportation management systems and fleet management
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently when necessary
