Position Summary
As part of the Medicaid Value-Added Benefits team, you will support the product owner for the Salesforce-based, Health Innovation Platform (HIP). Responsible for managing the the day-to-day aspects of HIP, you will own HIP support ticket resolution and the ticket dashboard, VAB build out in HIP, vendor file sharing, and weekly HIP office hours. Ensure benefits will function as expected by leveraging the testing environment and communicating risks or challenges if they occur. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across Medicaid health plans, VAB vendors, and other shared services areas. Liaison between users and product owner to ensure updates, enhancements, and/or issues are clearly communicated and addressed effectively and efficiently. Ensure vendors are accountable on meeting their service level agreements.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
