The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self driven, organized, and motivated. This is a remote position, so the candidate must have strong computer skills and be comfortable working independently.
The HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with internal audits, updating internal forms, and assisting with developing new policies and procedures. The candidate must have strong Excel knowledge and be able to create and maintain spreadsheets.
The HR Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
The candidate must be able to work up to 20 hours a week and be available to work remotely. This is a 1099 employee position.
