About us:
Peninsula Orthopedic Associates Physical Therapy (POA PT) is seeking a licensed outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (Licensed PTA) for a part-time with the possibility of full-time position for an orthopedic/sports-medicine group.
Clinicians with 2+ years of experience in an outpatient, orthopedic setting are preferred, however new graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply! We promote a team approach and offer the opportunity to collaborate with our physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
POA PT is a state-of-the-art facility, staffed with PTs, PTAs, and an ATC. We emphasize an exercise-based and functional movement approach. Our therapists specialize in sport-specific training, gait/ running assessments, manual therapy, injury prevention, and ergonomics. POA Physical Therapy is an upbeat working environment that offers a balanced therapist-to-patient ratio. Benefits for a part-time position include paid continuing education and PTO/Vacation.

Expected hours per week: Minimum 24 hours per week
Pay Range: $32 - $40 per hour based on experience

Licensed Physical Therapist Duties:
- Document and progress patients according to clinical protocols
- Interact with physical therapists physicians, physician's assistants, and nurse practitioners
- Maintain overall cleanliness and standards
- Perform any other tasks related to administrative or clinical duties
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:
- Must be Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of CA
