Summary Statement:
Pool Cabana Attendant are responsible for welcoming guests to RWLV Pool, responding to all rental guest requests, booking reservations, seating guest in assigned rentals i.e. cabanas, daybeds, reserve seating, etc., assisting guests with any reservations and/or requests guests require. This role will also be responsible for exceeding guest expectations and proactively seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction through positive interactive skills.
Job Duties:
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Maintain complete knowledge of RWLV hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operation.
- Complete daily setup of rentals, escort guests and assist them with their service requests throughout the day and complete pool turndown services.

Anticipate and deliver guests requests effectively.
- Process charges and payment settlements.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck and entire property areas.

Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.

Responsible for ensuring guest inquiries via phone calls, emails and in-person are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate daily cabana booking arrangements.

Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.

Communicate all safety and repairs needs to the appropriate department or member of management.

Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications:

Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Polished appearance and demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills.

At least 18 years of age

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:

Forbes or AAA knowledge.

Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year customer service-related position
- At least six months of customer service experience in a resort pool or a similar or related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
