Salesforce Administrator
We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to ensure that our network of medical clinics capitalizes on the benefits of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this role, your duties will be maintaining user accounts & permissions, maintaining our databases, and training leadership and staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. You will take ownership of the Salesforce instance and be responsible for maintenance, development, and product adoption. Additionally, you’ll consistently analyze Salesforce data and provide optimization recommendations to the executive team. To be effective, you should have a deep understanding of current and future sales & marketing channels the company uses including, digital marketing, outdoor media, outside sales teams, branding, PR, and more.
Position Duties:
- Implement and track pre/post sale journeys
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to fit ideas into Salesforce workflows
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintaining the sales, service, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Tracking & implementing Salesforce product upgrades & releases, as well as providing related training and support
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Working with developers, vendors, and project managers on product customization and improvement
Position Expectations:
To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration, be able to work with Salesforce development vendors, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, you should have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud that translates into optimized sales department operations.

- Marketing Impact – Impact of product to modernize and automate engaging marketing efforts
- Adoption Rate- Ability to execute and implement SF across call-center and outside sales users
- Tracking Impact – Impact of automation on tracking of marketing campaigns and spending (ROI)
Position Requirements:
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- A bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Experience in a corporation with a call center. (plus)
Position Miscellaneous:
Position is in-house, salary, with minimal travel requirements. Normal business hours with flexibility to match stakeholder schedules. Regular interactions with C-suite executives and Directors.
