Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth for staffing needs for warehouse/light industrial/call center
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding our staffing services
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in staffing
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with clients
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
