Bug Busters is seeking a dependable, motivated Commercial Business Development Representative in the Atlanta area who will help us continue to provide exceptional service while growing our brand. This is a tremendous opportunity for Sales Representatives who have at least 3 years of sales experience and preferably B2B. Combined earning potential $55,000-$80,000+ per year!
Base PLUS UNLIMITED SALES COMMISSION
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Commercial Business Development Representative Responsibilities and Duties
- THIS POSITION IS HEAVILY B2B AND WILL REQUIRE DEVELOPING PIPELINE
- Develop and cultivate sales pipeline
- Secure meetings with decision makers
- Provide customers with pest control solutions
- Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized Pest Control solution
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
Commercial Business Development Representative Requirements
- 3+ years of previous sales experience
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Pre-employment Drug, Background, and MVR
- Ability to pass physical (this includes blood pressure and heart rate)
- Possess valid driver's license for at least 5 years
