The Jewelry Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the accurate and professional entry of data related to jewelry products, including Bills of Materials (BOM), consignment, and sales. This role is crucial in aligning inventory across multiple platforms and managing data aggregation effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Enter and update jewelry product information into the internal system accurately.
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOM) for consigning and selling jewelry products.
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Handle multiple data aggregators and align inventory data across seven platforms.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all jewelry product data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data entry or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and platforms.
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple data streams.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with different departments.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Working Conditions:

- Maintain a 99% accuracy rate in data entry.
