We are seeking a Licensed Clinician who hold's an LPC,LMFT or LCSW, or Licensed Eligible

Summary
A dynamic, internally motivated professional who oversees the emotional and behavioral well-being of patients. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive therapeutic plan for each patient, along with encouraging pro-social interactions and behaviors for community integration. The Outpatient Therapist provides group therapy, individual therapy and family therapy as needed. This professional is also responsible for performing level of care evaluations, as needed, and is responsible for documenting all services in the clinical record. Lastly, the Outpatient Therapist engages in interdependent care coordination for any patient on their caseload, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of clinical assessment methods, individual and group therapy techniques, as well as knowledge of outpatient treatment programs is required.
- Ability to effectively facilitate group, individual, and family counseling sessions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to participate as an effective team member.
- Must have ability to produce comprehensive documentation, including measurable objectives and reports as needed.
- Must have good time management skills and good organization skills. Must have familiarity and competency with personal computer applications.
Required – A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services) or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting. If the practicum did not take place in a drug and alcohol setting, the individual’s written training plan will specifically address a plan to achieve counseling competency in chemical dependency issues.
